Closest I can think of is "mudita," which I think in Buddhist tradition is "vicarious joy" or "happiness in others' happiness." And I know Brene Brown has talked about "freudenfreude" as "happiness in another's success," although I think that word was coined specifically to have an opposite to "schadenfreude."
